Vintage Shopping Perth (Part One)

There are so many amazing vintage and antique stores in Perth, yet so many people don’t know they exist! This has inspired me to share my favourite stores that I frequently shop at, and a few goodies I’ve picked up from them! I’ve decided to make this a three part blog so I make sure I feature all of Perth’s best store.

Momo’s Vintage Perth

Momo’s Vintage Perth is a beautiful vintage clothing store located on Beaufort Street in Mt Lawley. Momo’s specialises in clothing from the 20’s right up to the 80’s, with one of the largest ranges of glamourous attire in Perth from everything from furs to elegant gowns. This store is where I purchased my amazing eveningwear gown for my most recent pinup competition (photo below). This lovely dress was a 80’s remake of a 50’s gown, which I picked up for only $180, which says just how well priced this store is for the lady who wants a retro look, with a reasonable price!

Gorgeous Vintage

Gorgeous is vintage clothing store that is also located on Beaufort Street, they specialise in original clothing from the 20’s till the 90’s that I’ve been shopping at for years now. Though this store has a smaller range, they make up for it in in quality. One of the aspects that make this store so special is the customer service especially on their VIP nights where there is champagne and lots of social fun. This store is where I bought my orginal 1940’s evening gown that I’ve worn to many a event (photo below).

imagesGuildford Antique Strip

In Guildford on James Street (across from Guildford train station, on the Midland line) there’s a fabulous strip of Antique stores that are the next to a few cafes and clothing stores which make the perfect day with a nice brunch and shopping for some retro classics. I’ve picked up so many amazing finds, include the photos below!

Part two coming soon!

Much love,

This web site is one thing that is needed on the internet,
someone with a bit of originality!
