Hello lovelies!
I’ve been planning on posting up more Outfits Of The Day (OOTD) and I’ve decided today is the day I take the step toward making this a new regular part of my blog! I firstly thought I’d include that this is the second day of wearing my hair in the wet set I set my hair in a couple nights ago using my homemade setting lotion I posted a video about yesterday, I’m over the moon on the longevity of these curls!
Tonight I’m teaching my fabulous pinup and burlesque classes so I’m dressed appropriately for dancing the night away! When dressing for a burlesque class its really important you wear something comfortable and easy to move in. I recommend capris, high waisted shorts, or yoga pants, with something like a singlet, crop top, shirt, or cardigan and finish the look with a comfortable pair of heels, the best are Chorus styled heels you can buy from a dance store which are designed to be worn for dancing, these will cost $50-$100 depending on where you shop and the brand!
I’m wearing dance pants I bought from Supre, I’m not a usual shopper at this store, but when I studied dance full-time last year, I bought a lot of cheap fitness gear from there. I’m also wearing a tie up cardigan with a hair flower headband, and rose brooch! Accessories are the perfect way to vintage up an outfit for a dance class, as you can’t wear you usual pinup attire!
More vintage vlogs and blogs coming real soon!
