Hello lovelies,
The weekend is here, and I’m so very excited to be sharing with all of you my Friday’s Vintage Cocktail blog post! On Friday’s I share a fabulous true vintage or true vintage inspired cocktail with you all to celebrate the weekend being here! As always please be sure to drink responsibly and if any younger readers come across this, be sure to abide by your states drinking laws.
This week I’m sharing with you all a fabulous cocktail that I’ve shared before but with a new twist! A little while ago I shared with you all the Bellini cocktail, which was fabulous, and upon researching this week’s drink I discovered variations on this, one of which is the Cherry Bellini which I’ve concocted for you today!
Today as I knew I wouldn’t be leaving the house I decided to dress in some glamorous lounge where including a vintage gown, and a vintage inspired robe from Secrets In Lace, I popped on some tunes and got to work on the Cherry Bellini!
Ingredients:
Method:
I really enjoyed this though I do think the glass I selected was just a tad too big, so it wasn’t as cherry flavoured as I would have liked, but the hint of flavour was still here! This drink is very soft of fruity, its perfect for sitting inside in front of the fire with some Glenn Miller playing in the background. I think this would also be a fabulous base to a punch bowl, mix this up, stir in some pineapple and cherry chunks and you’ve got a party!
I hope you’ve had a fabulous week, and are ready for a glamorous weekend!
More vintage fun coming real soon!
Much love,
