Hello lovelies,
I hope you all had a fabulous weekend with lots of vintage fun! I start each week with my Weekly Vintage Attire blog, where I’ll be featuring all the glamorous outfits I wore last week, where I sourced them from, and a little on what I’ve been up to! I often get asked to share more photos of what I wear, and how I style my daily outfits so I’ve really focused on creating more of these photos, and also videos too. I do hope you in enjoy this fabulous post and maybe even get a little glamorous inspiration!
What a crazy couple weeks I’ve had, filled with both some truly amazing things, but also some more troubling times. As I’ve spoken a little about my partner had an operation to have a cyst removed, it went well, but as the infection was quite bad they were unable to close the wound and he’s still in a bit of pain with healing, he’s going okay but it has been a strain. We’ve also had high and lows with wedding planning, I don’t think you realise just how much goes into a wedding until you plan one yourself. I had a fabulous birthday weekend last weekend, and I’m truly overwhelmed with all the love you’ve shown me. Finally just this week passed I put together a sold out event, The Pinup Prom 2016, a new annual opulent event, the night went so incredibly well and I’ll be posting up in a blog later this week. While I’ve been at times feeling stressed, I’m truly blessed to have worked hard and been able to see the amazing results, I’m so humbled by all the beautiful people in my life who support and care for me.
Enough talking though, let’s get onto our Weekly Vintage Attire photos!
Cardigan: the Dita Cardigan from Wheels & Dollbaby.
Playsuit: Ava & Rose.
On Tuesday I went into Cherrybomb to have an eyelash extension treatment, in this photo below I have NO MAKEUP on my eye area at all and they still pop. I adore eyelash extensions as they leave you glamorous looking no matter what time of day, even when you just wake up, and there’s no need for false eyelashes which saves me a huge amount of time for my modelling and performing work.
Cardigan: Cherri Lane.
Turban: a scarf from my favourite op shop, Anglicare Morley.
Top: another piece from my favourite op shop, Anglicare Morley.
Skirt: Purr Imagination.
Thursday I was back at Cherrybomb for a fabulous styling session where I was given a rather glamorous fur inspire by Doris Mayday. I also recycled this hair for The Pinup Prom which saved me setting my own hair! I feel this look had a bit of a funky flare to it!
Blouse: from my favourite op shop, Anglicare Morley.
Jeans: Cherri Lane.
Brooch: Bettina Darling.
Earrings: Daisy Jean Floral.
On Friday I had The Pinup Prom, but I’ll save unveiling my looks until my Pinup Prom blog!
Saturday I was honoured to my styling makeup for the beautiful Claire’s wedding, I made up the bride and three bridesmaids which was quite a bit of work but definitely worth the glamorous result!
Blouse: op shop find.
Skirt & belt: Cherri Lane.
Blouse: a gift from my beautiful friend Lee.
Earrings: Sophistihat.
What a whirlwind ride but I’m excited for what this fabulous week has planned for me. Don’t forget to dream big, and make it happen my lovelies.
More vintage fun coming real soon!
Much love,
