What I used to hate about my body and confidence tips!

Hello lovelies,

In this week’s video I’m featuring a topic which is so close to my heart, confidence. I’ve been teaching confidence classes for many years, written blogs, magazine articles, and created other videos but last week the creative bug bit my with this fabulous idea of sharing some of my own struggles withy body and how I began to learn to love myself.

I do hope you enjoyed today’s video. If you feel comfortable I’d love to hear about your own self love journey in the comments below!

More vintage fun coming soon!

Much love,

Aww, I love this video! I’ve struggled with a lot of body image issues for more years than I can count, and it’s only really in the last year or so that I’ve started to really work on accepting myself and changing the way I feel about myself and my body. Sewing my own clothes has helped, because I’m making clothes to fit my body and not trying to force my body to fit clothes and conform to unrealistic standards, or getting hung up on sizes – which used to be a huge problem for me, back when I was really struggling with an eating disorder. I still have a long way to go when it comes to accepting my body, but I’m slowly becoming more confident, even in who I am as a person, which definitely helps! 🙂

Thank you for this wonderful video – I’m definitely going to be following your tips! 🙂
