Today I have for you the next edition of my Pinup Fit Series where I’m going to be sharing some of the stretches I do on a daily basis and teach in my Burlesque Fit classes. It’s a fun and easy 20 minute flexibility workout to help gain more mobility and flexibility.
A few important points for this workout:
✦ Ensure you’ve warmed up your body with a warm up or work out before stretching.
✦ Know your body’s limits, stretching safely will prevent injuries.
✦ Maintaining good alignment will aid with proper flexibility.
✦ Above all have fun!
Stretching is something I love to do, and I’ve been working quite hard for quite sometime. I’ve had some major set backs with injuries holding me back at points but I’ve gained so much more flexibility in the last year with this stretch routine.
