Hello lovelies! I’ve been a little quiet on my YouTube channel lately but I’m back and excited to be creating more fabulous videos for all of you! I’m returning to be usual format of releasing blogs every Thursday and Saturday!
As well as being snowed under with work, part of the reason I’ve been so quiet is that a few things have taken a toll on my mental health. In today’s video I’m discussing my own mental health and giving 6 tips to help combat negative thoughts. Whilst I’m not a mental health professional I do hope my own tips that I’m utilising will maybe assist you in your own journey.
