Good morning lovelies, I’m so excited to share with you the next addition to my Pinup Fit Series which is a Showgirl Leg Workout, follow along for a fabulous and fun leg and core workout using exercises that are actually used in pinup and burlesque performances!
For today’s workout you don’t require any special equipment, but I do have a yoga mat on the floor for comfort. This workout can be done anywhere you can comfortably lay down, even a bed!
With these movements at all times we want to focus on keeping our core activated, our toes pointed at all times, and when we extend our legs ensuring they’re both completely straight.
Depending on your own fitness level you can cater this to suit you, you can increase or decrease the number of exercises and the number of times you repeat this. You can also do this workout in conjunction with as many other exercises you like, I’ll often to be abs and other leg workouts along with today’s showgirl leg workout.
