With all my Pinup Fit videos be sure to trust you own body, if you feel any pain or discomfort be sure to ease off whatever you’re doing, no exercise it worth risking your body. These exercises can be modified to suit all levels of fitness, if you’re at a lower level you can decrease the number of repetitions or if you’re at a higher level do the whole workout multiple times through.
