Hello lovelies, it’s Miss Lady Lace here and today I have for you the next edition of my Vintage Vegan Series, this a regular feature where I share recipes, ideas and my crazy vegan life. I do understand these types of videos aren’t for everyone, so if it’s not your cup go tea I do have lots of other videos here on YouTube including tutorials, fitness, fashion and so much more that I’d love for you to check out.
For today’s video I thought it would be fabulous to share some vegan breakfast ideas including my favourite things to have for breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal that many of us tend to skip. We skip it for many reasons, sometimes we feel we don’t have enough time, we can’t be bothered, or we have no idea what to make. Breakfast fuels our day, and helps us feel more ready for day. I’m personally someone who experiences being hangry, if I don’t eat I became hungry angry, so I always have a good breakfast before I start my day.
In today’s video I’m sharing 6 breakfast ideas to share with you. They range in how easy they are to prepare, how healthy they are, and affordability but hopefully whether you’re vegan or not it give you some tasty inspiration.
