Hello lovelies, today I have for your the next video in my Pinup Fit Series, today I’m combining some previously taught exercises, burlesque movements, and finishing with a stretch to get your blood pumping and help you feel a little fabulous.
With all my fitness videos I recommend taking care with your body, if any exercise or stretches causes you a lot of discomfort or pain you should ease off or adapt this to suit your body. Taking care of your body is very important to avoid injury.
