Today I have for you a tutorial on rolling out your muscles. This is the next video in my Pinup Fit Series which aims to promote be physically active to keep us happy and healthy.
Rolling out your muscles both before and after exercising/dancing has many benefits including that its good for reducing muscle soreness and aches, can break down knots in muscles, and assist in improving flexibility, increasing range of motion, improve performance, and increasing recovery time.
