Hello lovelies! Today on my Glamour Channel I have for you a new Pinup Fit Video where I’m sharing a fun and easy workout using a resistance band/theraband to add resistance to the exercises and I’m doing to further intensify them!
This workout can easily be adapted to suit all levels of fitness. If you are less fit you can lower the repetitions (doing 4 instead of 8 of each exercise) or lessen the resistance in the theraband. If you are more fit you can increase the exercises (doing 16 instead of 8) or by doing the whole workout multiple times through.
With all my fitness videos your body is your responsibility, listen to your body and if you feel discomfort or pain to ease off from what you’re doing. No exercise or stretch is worth an injury.
